Paula's primary responsibility is to undertake the initial care assessments for care planning and risk assessing for the care service. She prepares the support plans, regularly reviewing and updating the service user’s care requirements. Paula regulary audits the Medication and care visit records and takes action to recitify any concerns. Paula works closely with families, their representatives and professionals and is committed to offering a positive and individual outcome. Paula works in partnership with Michelle on the day to day running of the Service. Paula has over 13 year's experience and qualifications in the social care sector and customer care service.
